Delivery of Goods

Orders are shipped via Registered Regular Airmail, requiring a signature upon arrival. If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame:

1. Submit a support ticket, including your order number.
2. If you do not have your order number, provide your name, mailing address, and the approximate order date.

We will attempt to track your package and assist you promptly.

Delivery Time Frames

• USA Domestic Warehouse: Delivery within 2–5 business days to the United States.
• International Warehouse: Delivery within 7–21 business days to the United States.
• Europe: Delivery within 7–14 business days.

While delays are rare, they may occur. If your package does not arrive within 30 days, and you have not received a customs seizure letter, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Information

• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, each package will be sent at intervals of 1–3 days, which may result in varying arrival dates.
• To ensure safe delivery and protect against fraud, all orders are sent via Registered Regular Airmail.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after payment is completed. To request a cancellation:

1. Submit a support ticket with the subject line "Order Cancellation."
2. Include your order number, name, and shipping address.

Cancellations requested outside this 12-hour window may not be processed, as the order will have entered the fulfillment stage.

Claims and Refunds

If you do not receive your package within 30 days, and no seizure letter has been issued, contact us for assistance.

• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will replace it with the correct one.
• Customs Seizures: If your package is seized, scan and email the seizure letter to us. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
